Franklin has uploaded version 3.3 of the London CartoMetro map today: [ Click here ]Amongst the changes are the new LO and TfL lines are shown in their colours and the present Thameslink track layout alterations between Blue Anchor Junction and New Cross Gate / New Cross shown, together with the disused tracks. Users are advised to download the PDF version for off-line browsing. This version of the map also redraws faster than the previous version, something which will probably be especially noticeable for those browsing the PDF file on mobiles or tablets. Franklin has also added GPS location to the online maps

This map continues to improve every time it's updated, I notice that on the Victoria line the sidings at Brixton & Walthamstow don't have their numbers while Victoria does. I have not checked the other lines yet but suspect some sidings are missing their numbers.

Thanks
I've passed that on to Franklin.
Originally Franklin had a problem when the latest version (v3.3) was compiled and the online and uploaded had a few gremlins, such as the bottom half of the Vic line drifting away. Franklin corrected this and the maps were uploaded again. If anybody downloaded the map as soon as it was uploaded, they may have the gremlin copy. Just download the map again.

Thanks for passing on, another location re siding numbers is Charing Cross (J), I am not aware of any numbers for the sidings but I am sure somewhere I have seen mention of them being numbered.
Elephant & Castle appear to have been numbered 23 & 24 but I have never seen anything to that effect.

As far as I know, CX sidings are not numbered, although I assume that there is a way of referring to them individually, such as at Elephant & Castle. I can't see any sidings labels on the map for Elephant & Castle. Is one of us looking in the wrong place? The sidings are actually NB siding and SB siding (I'll pass that on to Franklin if he wants to name them).

As always an excellent map but I notice some detail has been taken off, siding numbers being one.

As always an excellent map but I notice some detail has been taken off, siding numbers being one. I think that may be a technical glitch, I don't think that Franklin did it deliberately. I know there was a comment elsewhere about platform numbers disappearing. I'll have a look and let Franklin know. I also forgot to post yesterday that the update and new map had just been uploaded - apparently the latest upload consisted of 15,000 files!

I've just had a look at the maps.
Online normal map v3.4 shows numbers as before new names map v1.0 - doesn't show the numbers
Download PDF maps: both the v3.4 and v1.0 maps do not show numbering
I've let Franklin know

The downloadable line map v3.4 now has the numbers on it (the numbers aren't really necessary on the line names map)
