The guy proposing all of this is quite well over balanced to say the least he has been trying for a good number of years and there is all the other problems that go with this sort of scheme.

Well Brompton Road is bricked up and separated from the running tunnels so that's one thing but Down Street is another story. It was part of my maintenance area and I worked there all the time, the street entrance, spiral staircase, lower subways and platforms are the way to the IMR and I can't see that being leased out unless some major works take place to brick off access to the platforms and to create a proper staff access route between Hyde Park Corner station and Down Street IMR which does not impede traffic.

Doesn't the MOD or one of the forces have something currently to do with Brompton Road? Even if only contractual
