I traveled to NOG on Saturday and noticed as I walked from Stratford mainlin to the jubilee that the jubilee gate line has been removed.
Anyone know why and when?

IIRC they were recycled into one of the new gate lines that were built. I never saw the point of it being on the Jubilee anyway!

Mate, I avoid public transport like the plague lol
I can count the amount of times I've been on the underground on 1 hand since I got sacked.

It was there because of the NLL I believe. Because the North London Line didn't have ticket barriers. But when that became LOROL and went upstairs and the DLR took over they made the ones at the entrance so everyone has to go through some regardless of the destination.

Why did they sack you ? (Not being nosy) Gross misconduct. Basically, I was skiving. Had a sweet little number on a secondment to over see the refurb at OXO at the same time me and the wife had set up a business so I was making the most of fiddles. I wont go into more details on an open forum but basically, a DSM that I had a massive row with decided he was gonna put a stop to goings on that they all knew about and I ended up getting sacked after being suspended on full pay for 3 months. I can happily say that although I felt as though my world had collapsed around me, after a day of feeling sorry for myself, I through myself into my business with everything I had and now realise it was the best thing that could have happened to me.

There is life after LU. It's not the be all and end all of things that some Managers believe.

Glad everything worked out in the end .
