An interesting hour long programme about the disaster aired on BBC4 at 2100 last night. I didn't know it was on and caught it purely by chance when flicking through the channels just before it began.
I enjoyed the programme which added another dimension to what I knew of the disaster from reading books over the decades.
My only comment is simple, "In one hundred years so much has changed, but in one hundred years some things have not !"

RT a very interesting programme and I agree with you about the changes or not. It can be seen again on iplayer and if anyone is near the NRM tomorrow the L&Y Signalling school team will be re-enacting times are on their website.

Always fascinating to watch or read about these accidents although tragic.
