Another poser.
One thing I forgot to ask you is did you know what happened to the IM frame from Northolt? Or do you know anyone who does?

Another poser. One thing I forgot to ask you is did you know what happened to the IM frame from Northolt? Or do you know anyone who does? I had a recovery job at Northolt some time after the new signalling had been commissioned, I can't now recall what I recovered there although it was redundant comms equipment. The frame was still there then, my recollection is that it was quite some time before Central line signals kit was recovered. In the late 1990s redundant relays and trainstops were still being recovered to SOS, some for re-use on JLE after refurbishment and/or conversion, others for maintenance spares on all lines and the remainder to preserved railways or for scrap. I believe some frames may have been bought by or donated to preserved railways but I have no knowledge of it.
