Fire at Holland Park during the carnival

Friend of mine commented on facebook that there was a fire on a train the other day, possibly monday or sunday.  Since then though a few youtube videos have popped up which do indeed appear to show some kind of incident, staff running along platforms, etc.

Don't suppose anyone can provide any more details, all seems a bit puzzling atm!

There was no fire, brakes hanging on caused a bit of smoke and passengers panicked.
