Hi,
I will travel to London with my wife in 2 weeks, 1st december. I will arrive at Luton Airport at 23:30 or later, and I have rented a flat in Islington. I need help to find a way to go from Airport to the house rented, or near, at that late time. As much cheap as it can be. The easiest way would be taking a taxi, but I have seen airport is 45 km so that option would be very very expensive.
I don't mind if I have to walk to the flat for 15 or 30 minutes.
Don't know if this is the best board to ask, if there is a better one, please, point me in the right direction.
Can anybody help me?

Sorry for the late reply
Checking the train times, you can get a Thameslink train from Luton Airport Parkway station to Kings Cross St Pancras. These run all through the night. There is a shuttle between the airport and the station.
edit - the following paraph added at 11:21:
The NR site is showing a single off-peak fare as £12.40.
In case you're not aware of it, buses do not take cash, and cash fares on the tube are very expensive. Use contactless or buy and top up an Oyster card for the cheapest way to travel. COntactless and an Oyster card can only be used by one person on one trip - e.g. you can't pay two fares with one card. Therefore, you will need two contactless cards, or two Oyster cards or one of each (whatever method you use) if travelling together on the tube and buses. Generally, this method of payment is usedon any form of transport within London (Tube, Tram, Bus, Rail). See the TfL site for more information.
